Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.
Changes To Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the exact time you check the cart box and submit your order will govern that specific transaction.
