LOCAL CHICAGO DELIVERY POLICY
Local Chicago Delivery Same-Day Service is available Monday-Saturday 7:00AM - 9:30PM. Closed Sunday. Your signature is required for orders delivered. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Please include your bell number if applicable when requesting a delivery. You must be present at the time of the delivery or your order will be partially refunded for "No Show". The delivery address cannot be updated after the order has been placed. Your order cannot be left unattended under any circumstances. We will leave your order with an appointed person of your choice to accommodate you, but you must mention it in your delivery instructions during the time that the order is being placed.
You may reschedule if you need to by contacting us directly at 805-836-0621 or by emailing info@yonicque.com. If your order needs to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay a Reschedule Delivery Fee. If your order is undeliverable and you wish to reschedule you must pay an additional delivery fee.
